Trainee

Anastasia is a research fellow at the University of Oxford, working in N. gonorrhoeae population genetics. Her specialty is using data from PubMLST to explore global gonococcal genomes, investigating lineage structure and AMR, in particular. She is passionate about encouraging early career researchers to overcome the unique challenges of the academic journey, and has experience organising seminars and training sessions.
